Trent usually New York police officers usually look for drunk drivers using the following list of symptoms. The list given is in descending order of likelihood that the individual observed is driving while intoxicated. The listing is established upon following a line of investigation conducted by the New York National Highway Traffic Administration. If you were caught by the Baton Rouge turning your car with a wide radius. When you were stopped by the police and you straddle at the center of the lane marker; if you looked to be drunk; your car almost hit an object or another motor vehicle; if you were caught weaving or driving on other than the elected highway; turn sharply and your speed is greater than ten miles per hour below the traffic limit; if you also stopped without any reason in the traffic lane; following too closely; drifting; your car tires are on the center or lane marker; if you were slowing down unpredictably; driving into opposing or crossing traffics; signaling inconsistent with driving actions; slow response to any traffic signals; stopping inappropriately other than in one lane; turning unexpectedly or unlawfully; increase speed or decrease speed rapidly; or having headlights off. Speeding, by the way, is not a warning sign of DUI; for the reason that of more rapid judgment and reflexes, it may show somberness.
